ORL Labs, LLC is issuing a voluntary recall of specific lots of Bubblegum Kids Toothpaste and Mouthwash sold under the ORL brand in the United States.

Affected Lot Number: 250520P4-05/27 and 250520P9-05/27
Batch Control Number: 000214
Only the lot and batch listed above are affected by this recall. No other products or lots are included.
Reason for Recall
This recall has been initiated voluntarily following a request from the product’s contract manufacturer, Signature Formulations, in accordance with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulatory requirements. The recall is being conducted to retrieve and return the affected units.
Risk Assessment
This is a voluntary, precautionary recall. No confirmed adverse events related to this product have been reported to date.
What Retailers Should Do
Retailers who have purchased Bubblegum Kids Toothpaste and/or Mouthwash with the affected lot and batch numbers should:
· Pull the product immediately off the shelves
· Destroy any existing inventory
· Credit/refund will be issued for the purchase per distributor guidelines.
What Consumers Should Do
Consumers who have purchased Bubblegum Kids Toothpaste with the affected lot and batch numbers should:
· Stop using the product immediately
· Retain the product for return to the place of purchase or further instructions.
