Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription by emailing us at orl@orlcares.com, caliing us toll-free at 844-675-5227 or self serve by logging into your account.

Please note if your order has already shipped or been processed the cancellation will apply to the next order cycle.

Self Serve Instructions:

  1. Log into your customer portal
  2. Select the subscription you wish to cancel
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the cancel subscription link.
